According to a study conducted by Duke University, 45% of our day-to-day behaviour is habitual. In other words, almost half of what we do every single day of our lives is done without even thinking about what we're doing or why we're doing it. Habits play a HUGE part in our formation! It isn't primarily the 1 or 2 life defining moments that largely shape who we are, it's our everyday choices and ongoing habits. Throughout this sermon series we'll look at 7 spiritual habits and how we can begin to develop these habits in our own lives, in order to become Christians who are highly effective!
